Do you do TTG backgrounds?

If so I would like a background that has a light gray background color. Maybe a skinny white swirl line that cuts through the left and right side. And on the left and right sides (So it's visible on my profile) I would like the word "Tomoyo <3" aligned vertically on each side. The color of that text to be a light blue. Thanks if you can do this man.
