It tells me to resolv the issue try to reseat the drive. I've tried and it still wont work.

Um, have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in?
Just kidding. But seriously, try checking all the wires. There could be one that is unplugged. Or, you could have a faulty hdd.
To be honest, I am not that much of a hardware person. So you should see what other people think.
