it wont start up it doesnt have xmas lights or RROD. its jsut the middle green light and no lights around it. it also has been turning off randomly. idk why any help

um.... try hitting eject and sync at same time does anything else pop up?
it might get error code but i dunno

Try booting into xell and then if u have a clean updflash flash that onto the xbox using that

Yeah do that, refer to Kontentz guide, if you can't boot xell you will need to reflash with Nand-x or similar

Bad flash. You will need to wire up a usb spi flasher (like nand-x) or a lpt cable and flash a working freeboot image or get someone to do it for you.
