1. No he did not steal your accounts, you gave him your account login info. That's not stealing them, that's you giving it to him.
2. There is no way to just automatically ban accounts, the only way to do that would be to go online with a modified console on those accounts and try and compile tons of reports.
3. There is no way to unban accounts

No, it doesn't work like that. He can't get onto your account without your email and password, and you can't use a brute force attack on a 360. Even if he does get on, he can't ban it just like that. You made a mistake and you messed up, so you are paying the consequences.

No I didn't I don't do mods and I did give anyone any info at all plus it got banned cause who ever it was signed on while I was on which gets u banned

theres no way to get a account unbanned doesn't matter the situation u broke the terms of use

just make new account and problem solve
