No it's because he doesn't have downgraded freeboot or put the dvd drive in wrong when he flashed. I have fixed quite a few consoles with this error. It is primarily Zephyr specific as Falcons and Jaspers get 3 rings or christmas lights. They need to be hooked up to a nand reader. Send to me or a trusted seller lol

You Need to Check Your Jtag Connections And Make Shure Your Connections Are Tight And Also Check For Cold Solder


If This Happened After You Flashed a Kv Reflash Your Original Nand With Xell or Xellous if it Wont Boot Into Xell Then You Can Send 2 Me TO Reflash Or You Can Do it Your Self VIA USB Or LPT

No need to reflow or anything. That guy probably made your jtag wire get unattached to the solder. Open up your jtag and resolder the wire back onto where it was.

Yes check the diodes if it was the bridge wire the console would be bricked check all the soldering!!
