i have figured a way to get to the change region screen with out waiting three months with inspect element but when i go to hit agree it says this
After Editing with inspect element

Basically i am kinda stuck after that message pops up can anyone help?

This will not work. Inspect element doesn't actually change the page sever end. Just visually on your end. Its just a web developer tool really.
