It's my birthday coming up soon and I really fancy start getting into DJing more and would like to purchase a mixer, I'm not too sure about which one to get, I don't want to spend that much on a beginner's mixer as If I progress I will want to buy a better one.
I know such brands as Pioneer & Numark but some of them seem to be quite expensive for the decent ones.
I suppose I have a budget between 100-300 but wouldn't want to spend a lot of money on a mixer If I can get a decent one for a decently low fair price.
I have a laptop with VirtualDJ installed, I also have looked at Serato which is included in some deals, what do you guys suggest?
I will doing music at parties and need a good setup and was wondering what you guys think would be the best solution?
Thanks,
ZUL

Well like my family tells me follow your dreams and do what you want and my opinion dont spend a crap ton of money on a DJing setup yet just get something a beginner would get because you never know you might not like it in the future also look it up on youtube or the internet. Hope i helped you

I'd just get a USB powered deck, not a mixer, unless you have CDJ's or Turntables. Start with the Numark iDJ3 ($100), then go up from there. I now have a Numark 4trak
