This is my current build. Instead of the i5 4570, I'd like to get an unlocked processor, the i5 4670k to do a little overclocking. What parts will I need to swap out in order to make it compatible with the 4670k? From what I heard, I'm going to need a Z motherboard. Unsure if the PSU will still suffice for the new CPU. Would like the new part(s) to not be much more $ than the old part.

What the current partpicker link just swap for the cpu and you'll be fine. I don't think you need to change anything.

You can't overclock on a B85 motherboard...
OP, if you want to overclock, you will need the 5670K, a new motherboard which uses the Z87 chipset and also a CPU cooler.
PSU is fine, the system as it is wouldn't use more than 430W, so 500 is fine.
