very good, a lot of money has clearly been invested. Best of luck and happy gaming. Looks like a copied a pasted description, hopefully not overpriced pre-built, good luck with your build if you are building it though and if you ever need help, obviously ask us!
Best of luck,

For gaming, you are spending too much on parts that won't benefit you. Take the CPU, it poses no benefit to the i5 4670K which is a lot cheaper. Then 16GB RAM is pointless, I haven't used any more than 8GB while playing BF4, 2 tabs of chrome and a 3D modelling program open in the background.
Next there is peripherals, Razer mouse is ok but the deathstalker is poo. it feels really cheap for the price.
Finally why Windows 7 Ultimate, I have it and there are no differences to home premium other than the amount of RAM that is accessible to you, so more money wasted there.

Unless you're going to be doing video editing, or rendering, or anything in that matter, save yourself some money and get an i5-4670K. Also, from experience, I wouldn't buy a Xbox controller for PC gaming. They're very cheaply made, and don't really work well on PC, and you'll get destroyed anytime of the day with a player using a good mouse.
