What is the logo meant to be?
To me it looks lazy, same fancy font used on both parts.
A logo that is random by the looks of it and way too small.

The logo looks rushed and lazy.
The font choice is way to fancy in my opinion.
The background is WAY to saturated with color.
There's nothing to break up all that space and give your eye a break from that bright pink.
I don't really know what you're logo is supposed to stand for.
Why did you angle the top font?
Why are there weird shadows behind your text and symbol?
In my own opinion, this logo isn't as good as it probably could be. Slow it down and think about what your logo is supposed to mean. And then think of a way to properly represent your logo in your design.

EDIT: It irks me so much that you don't have everything centered and aligned.

could be improved a lot man , did you do custom text? or , but logo looks rushed man looks like a bunch of shapes put together then copied and flipped
