My CPU is running at 95 degrees Celsius, is this good or bad? It's an intel i5-3570k

That is not good you need to lower that temp.
Are you overclocking on the stock cooler? If so disable the overclock and buy an aftermaret cooler before overclocking again.
If you installed the heatsink yourself make sure it is seated correctly and there is enough but not too much thermal compound.

That is bad Intel isn't meant to run hot, try resetting clock rates to stock and if you can up the rpms on your fan.

If that fails then get an aftermarket cooler.

Intel processors are rated for just over 100c so thats within safety limits. It'll cut power if it overheats.

You shouldn't have those temps unless you overclock on a small cooler, or if you've incorrectly applied TIM.
