I thought the exact same thing here and before the contest started rockstar was getting hate because people were bored so put a contest there so after contest if they don't release it more hate. And a month later around now watch dogs so there is heists.

i honestly dont think R* would tell us anything. thats just how they are. i agree. why would it just end in a monday?? obviously to keep the whole "update on tuesday" pattern they have going on. so it might be Tuesday the 29th
