What's wrong with over locking the 4770k? That's one of the best processors to overclock. Also, yes I do plan on benefitting from both.

The H60, possibly the stupidest AIO cooler on an OC's Haswell chip. not the best idea there buddy. It is minutely better than a standard cooler.
When looking at watercooling, you want a thick rad, not the flimsy one that comes with H60.

Well the place that I'm ordering it from has only a few options for cooling systems when it comes to the 4770k, and the h60 is the only water cooled one to my knowledge. I was going to get the 2013 version with 2 fans. I know it's not the best choice as I was originally wanting an h100, close to what you were suggesting. What I may end up doing is ordering the rig like I originally planned, and then maybe a month later switching out cooling to an H100 or H100i, that being of course, when I get a few extra bucks as this rig is going to eat away a good amount of my money. So do you think this rig could run on an h60 at least for a little while until I get enough cash to buy an upgrade? If so do you think it would harm it? I'd hate to go through all this trouble just too eff something up.

What I would do is save on overclocking, by not having the option ticked (unless 20% is free) and order the standard cooler, While it is on it's way order a H100 from Scan and put it in yourself and then overclock.

That's true, cause overclocking doesn't change but 1 or 2 frames right? I suppose I can save the overclocking for whenever I need rendering.

Overclocking the CPU will help on games that are CPU heavy, but in the most case I have my FX 6300 at 4.2GHz and there is little difference in games from when it was at 3.5. IT is just bragging rights tbh. Overclocking the GPU is what gains frames.

Yeah, I was talking about the CPU, not the GPU. I may or may not worry with overclocking the GPU cause I'm getting the SC edition of the gtx 780, and it's pretty powerful on stock clock so I'll just wait and see. Thanks for the help.
