look at the second picture because it is zoomed out, there is no way that is a fish or even some sort of beast or else it would be huge

I don't think that is the Loch ness Monster according to stories. Looks nothing like the Plesiosaurus. It is pretty damn big though, maybe something else.

Definitely submerged, so it can't be a boat. It could be photoshop, it could be a giant fish. IMO, this is the best evidence of "The Lochness Monster".
