We'll first my download speed is 17.30 and my upload speed is 16.30, and my wireless strenth is 87% is it my internet that's bad I'm all the way downstairs and my router is 2 floors above me

Why don't you install a route plug into a wall near the xbox?

Happens to me too, but it is next on the same floor just a different room e.e
