I've got a s4 on Verizon i rooted it and now im trying to get cyanogenmod 11 but everytime i recovery boot it comes up with download mode if anyone could tell me how to boot into twrp thatd be awesome

The recovery key combination is volume up+homebutton then press the power button, if it's not then it's volume down+homebutton.

Have you actually flashed the TWRP to the phone yet? Because just rooting it doesn't put the TWRP on it.

i used goomanager to install open recovery script
