Hey everyone! I got a question about making an app. Does anyone know any good software's or websites that will allow me to make one and is not hard to do? And are they free?

Not any quality ones. You can't just go and make an app without any coding skills. It takes time and money.

Well, there are alot of websites which allow you to create an iOS Application.
But if you want to upload the application to the Appstore, so that people can download it.. you will have to buy a Developer Account. Which costs 99$/year.
And if you look at the price, you will easy earn the 99$ back in one month. If your application is good/famous.
Hope I helped you, and I'm pretty sure it gave you some thoughts.

You could look up GameSalad which is a development engine for building games on the iPhone, iPad and iPod.
I would also recommend learning a programming language even a little bit of one such as the basics of Objective C.
