One year ago, I purchased a 2003 350Z. I've wanted one since I was much younger, and I finally made it a reality. Unfortunately I made the mistake of settling for an automatic, which is the only thing I regret about this car (holy shit it's hard to find manuals these days).
It didn't stay stock longer than a week. Here's my progress so far.
Mod list:
Nismo 3" intake
Nismo S-Tune exhaust
HKS Twin Power DLI (ignition module)
ISC N1 coilovers
17x7.5 Konig Feathers wrapped in Falken 912's
Z1 Motorsports 30MM and 25MM spacers
Next mod:
19x9.5F 19x10.5R +12/22 Volk TE37 (SL or TTA)
OR
18x9.5F 18x10.5R +15 Enkei RPF1
Images:
The day I brought her home. She looked like this for about a week.
Dipped the wheels black.
Coilovers being installed
Out with the old, in with the new.
Slammed (ish. I could have gone lower, but decided to raise it back up a bit)
Sitting next to my friend's GT/CS
New wheels. Dat gap doe.
More of the new wheels.
Night shot.
VSR Poker Run. Lots of fast cars and high speeds.
Spacers installed. 30MM/R and 25MM/F. Still not happy, so I will be replacing with TE37s.
My garage actually works now!
Headlights restored. So shiny.
Where she sleeps now.
Under the hood.
Interior.

At a friend's house.

The new wheels look so much nicer than the dipped ones. What did you do to restore your headlights? I have the whole yellow tinting going on in my lens. I've tried cooking them but I don't think that helps with the discoloration. Thanks.

Depending on if you're trying to make me jealous or not? Always wanted a faster vehicle and a 370z might be my new choice. Depending on if I can mod it to look like your finished result. Nice job so far, I like it.
