I entered all valid data correctly, but at the top of the page, in grey letters, it says this: "Transaction (Process ID 78) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction. Uncommittable transaction is detected at the end of the batch. The transaction is rolled back"

Just keep clicking submit until it redirects to the thank you page, don't worry about that.
