Yea Rodent Modz is correct, it like kids charging Microsoft points on Xbox lol. But as you paid as family and friends there no way you can claim a dispute and you could lose your money very easily.

Since the person scammed me he isn't going to respond to my dispute= maybe a refund
I found a method that MIGHT get my money back.

we all learned the hard way, some guy showed me proof of his RGH, showed me on Skype and everything, I got scammed.
I hope you learn from this and save your money for a trusted seller and send as goods or services
