Its been like this for a week now and ive even altered my routers settings so it allows all of the relevant ports needed for it to be open yet it is still strict. I have also contacted Microsoft and my internet provider and they both said everything should be fine. Does anyone know a solution? because if not im selling my xbox one and getting a ps4.

I'd love to be of assistance but mine is very similar and not working. I can't connect at all to my home network, but have managed to connect to my phones Wifi hotspot. It's downloading an update via my mobile internet so that may be fixing the issue?

if your internet provider says everything is fine, hes lying they are just too lazy to help you.
Try checking your internet ports, activate upnp if it isnt if its not working, reset your router.

I actually get the same thing. But yet my connection is fine. I would just reset the router, disconnect and then reconnect to your home internet.

Make sure uPnP is activated in your router config, also unplug for 30 secs and plug back in.
Take off your port forwards if you have uPnP it can make it worse in my opinion! (it did to me)

I had a similar issue, and also got a "can't find teredo ip address" when testing multiplayer connection and tried all of the solutions like port forwarding DMZ and Upnp but the only thing that fixed the error was doing a factory reset of the console which sucked but in the end it was worth it.
