No, MSP generators don't exist. They are either scams or viruses.

It is impossible to generate new ms point codes. The only way is to buy a card, or find a promotional online offer that lets you watch ads, earn "credits" and use those credits to buy a ms point card

Nope, each MSP card you buy is activated via magnetic strip every time time you buy one.
