Hey guy's so I've just tried making a PayPal for my PS3 modding
but It comes up saying that the card must match my address.

I've just moved, that doesn't mean that I have to change my
bank details does it?

Your best bet is to contact PayPal, do this via Twitter DM, they will reply within 24 hours and probably solve the situation within a few replies.

You need to change your bank details to match exactly where your current place of residence is, do this or it could have consequences down the line for you.

Try adding a bank account, The debit option didn't work for me either. It sill works great though

Yes, You can also instant bank transfer and do all of the stuff you can do on the other selection
