Will this CPU work with this motherboard?
CPU: AMD FX6300 Black edition hex (6) core 3.50Ghz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A88X-D3H (DDR3, PCI express 3.0, Socket FM2+)
Also will a 600watt power supple power my system?
CPU+Motherboard listed above
RAM: HyperX 2x4GB 1600Mhz
Graphics card: MSI Nvidia 750Ti 2GB DDR5
HDD: 500GB 7200rpm Western Digital
DvD drive: Asus-RW
Thanks for any help -British-Army

You DO NOT need a 750W. End of. If you are upgrading then get one but if he is't a 450W will suffice.

But you can obviously find one on amazon for cheaper.
Why a 750w? the 750ti uses hardly any power it does not even need pci-e connectors.
a Decent 450w would be perfectly fine and give you room to upgrade.
