try downloading the program again.. if not google the problem with some keywords of whats happening

Its not the program, its happened on one of my computers. I think its something having to do with Framework or so. I have no problem on Windows7/8.1.

yea it works fine on my laptop, but on my desktop, its messed up.. You have any idea how to fix it? Are there any other tools with unlock all?
