That isn't going to be the best, as i would get an i5 4670k or an i7 4770k. The case doesn't have a price. Also a larger psu would be better for upgrades in the future.

Case must not be available anymore, never even noticed that. A case can be bought for $50 or so anyway. For that build, a 450W would suffice so 550W PSU is more than enough. Anymore than that is not needed. Upgrading doesn't usually require much power. Especially when this build has top of the line components. Also, there will be no need to upgrade for at least a few years. The 4570 is a great card and will be fine. The only reason to upgrade to the 4670k would be for OC purposes and OP doesn't seem to have any interest in OC'ing. Upgrading from the 4570 to the 4670(non K version) wouldn't be worth the $40 as their is next to no difference between the two CPU's. Their would be no need for an i7 series CPU as OP only seems interested in gaming. The only real reason to go for an i7 would be for editing/rendering purposes. Their are almost no games which make use of the i7 CPU's hyperthreading capabilities and in fact, the i5-4570 is going to perform better in a few games than the i7-4770k would.

-700w Power Supply
-8gb RAM (or 16, whatever you want)
-Gigabyte GA-z87x-OC force
-(1 or 2) TB Western HDD
-Corsair Hydro Series H100i Liquid Cooling
-Windows 8....believe me, you want 8. It is more advanced and has better graphical capatibility. It's just better for gaming all around.
-Also, you may want to consider getting a low storage SSD just so you can put Windows on. That way it will start up EXTREMELY fast.

Not really a fan of. Overclocking never done it and i feel like it would make my system life time shorter.

If he wants to sli in the future than a bigger psu would be needed.

SLi a GTX 780 Ti? That wouldn't make sense considering the GTX 780 Ti isn't going to handle anything thrown at it. If he does want to SLi with another GTX 780 Ti, which I doubt he would, then a 700W PSU would be a good investment.

I've seen you twice now, you do not need 32+ gb ram and i7 4670k etc, its just overkill and pointless!

With a few quick adjustments to Sanctorums build you are able to get the i7
