With the GTX 780 Ti, it is going to be years before you have trouble running any game, even on dual monitors.

Lol wtf he has a $2300 budget and you make a build with only 8gb ram and a crap i5 processor

I've seen you twice now, you do not need 32+ gb ram and i7 4670k etc, its just overkill and pointless!
What the heck is an i7 4670k? haha

4770k Sorry, im too busy to look stuff up

"lol wtf" 8GB of RAM is more than enough for a gaming build. If he wants to edit/render, upgrading to 16GB RAM would be a good investment but not needed. What is wrong with an i5? It's a fantastic CPU and in fact, the i5 performs better n many games than an i7 would. Games don't make use of the hyperthreading in an i7 CPU so an i7 is not needed unless editing/rendering or multi-tasking. Also, even then, an i5 would be fine.

OP-Supahhtankk has supplied a good build by getting cheaper monitors and an SSD to upgrade to an i7. Go with this if you wish as the monitors and SSD are still of fantastic quality. The i7 is more 'future proof' than the i5 and will handle multi-tasking better. However, the i5 is still a fantastic CPU.

if you're going to use a 780ti for higher than 1080p gaming 16gb of ram would be wise.

It would be beneficial but 8GB of RAM would still be able to handle it.

I would suggest going with Supahhtankk's build(cheaper monitors and SSD), but instead of upgrading to the i7, keep the i5 and upgrade to 16GB RAM.

The monitors are only 1080p so no need to get 16gb of ram. I also believe you should get the i7 now and then if you do want the 16gb later because that is about a $70 add on while if u wanted to upgrade to i7 its $300 to change. Here is the build again and i have the monitors and they are fantastic.
