I don't see how this resembles a bear or sniping.

I can see the top of the bears head a little in your image, but you need to finish drawing out the bears face. And add some sort of sniping tie in. Like crosshairs, or a trigger or something.

Lastly, I like the color scheme of this, good job on it man. Just finish it up and it could be quite an amazing piece.
