If I gameshare with a friend as in make this my home xbox. Will they get everything I buy when I buy it later. So if I was to gameshare today if I bought something tomorrow would they get it or would I have to re-do it?

Yes. Just be sure they keep the home set. It will come up on the far right side of my games and apps.
