I have Robben's 88 rated card and im wondering when the best time to sell him is?

I am pretty confident he is going to get a TOTS card so will his normal card drop due to this , or will it rise??

Sell him about 3/4days when TOTS robben is out

The price always goes up

Example - I bought Aguero 2weeks ago for 111k - Now his TOTS been out for like 5days, today i sold him for 153k
