No not at all EA does not chose whether an individual gets a specific card

Some people are superstitious about packs and I don't blame them, I mean if you got Ronaldo on a second account you would automatically believe that having a low record gifts better players. But I see it as just pure luck. EA decide a card weight for good players and lucky people get them.
