im currently runnin windows 7 and at the moment it wont boot up, it gets stuck on the windows loading screen!
I have tried booting up in all over modes and still nothing, is there anyway I can get the files off the computer before it has to be restored?
this all started after I used a wireless keyboard/mouse, could this be the issue?
have also tried restoring to previous point but I dont have any so am unable to...

When your computer is booting up, spam the F2 I think. Load it in safe mode and see if you're able to get in then.

You could try getting the install disk and do a start up repair. Or if you have access to another computer download the official ISO from Digital River (google it) and put that on a usb boot from there and do a start up repair
