I was wondering how you could remove the cover of the optical drive so you can see the disc spinning through the window on a case? For example:

There are many different ways, you can do what he did and use a dremel to cut out pieces of the dvd case, or you can buy this ghost case cover, or you can do this method with acrylic glass.

2 different lids depending on which drive you have:

ill put pics up tommorow or this week but i cut my disk drive with a dremmel arounf the top disk holder and then put a cd case lid over top with double sided tape in the corners and it works well. (now onto the window :p)

Ive done many using a dremel tool if you want custom its the only way to go.

i met this one guy and he had a really nice custom shop but i cant rember his ttg name and 5k your website is awesome two thumbs up how long did take you to make it

Its a work in progress building a ecommerce site is hard to layout.

it took me a while to get where it is.
