My xbone seems to read movies but not games. when i put in a game it makes a grinding noise. ive never this this grinding noise in any video of the same topic. im also afraid to hit the bottom of my xbox

Your Xbox One's disc drive could be defected. It shouldn't be making grinding noises.

I would contact the Xbox Support Team.
