Hi all.

This is my first topic posted in the 'General Discussion' Forum.

I have had SnapChat for a while now, when I first downloaded it I was really excited as to what it could do. The first thing I did on it after adding my friends was send them all a 'Selfie Video' (a video using the front camera). After sending this video I noticed that all my friends had not viewed it. A few moments later I had a Snap sent from my friend saying that he couldn't open my video, this was the case for all of the recipients I had sent it to. After a while of looking through all the settings and browsing the web for answers I decided the best thing to do was to re-download the app. Since re-downloading it and applying the latest update [the one where you can chat and do a face time type of chat]. I have still had no luck with sending these videos.

Below are a few things you may need to know before replying:
    I can send and receive Picture snaps via the front facing camera

    I can send and receive Picture snaps via the back camera

    I can send and receive Video snaps via the back camera

    I can not send Video snaps via the front facing camera

    I can receive Video snaps via the front facing camera

I have the same problem bro it lets me send the video but it dont let my friends view it.

Its really annoying, what phone do you have? I have Sony Xperia SP

I have the Iphone 5s and i have no idea why it dont work, my friends work im going to look at the settings on Snapchat.

Edit:Everything in the settings is right

The only thing that I can think of is that I turned on the front facing flash setting in snapchat and my phone does not support this? or the file types I send are not compatible with other phones such as iPhone/Windows?
