I'm not a fan of Scottish football even though I am Scottish lol I would say Celtic have the loudest and probably the most loyal fans.

From what I've experienced, Leicester City can be very load. However, Stoke City has the best atmosphere in the premier league.

I could sit and name multiple European teams, you have the likes of Galatasary, PAOK, Aris, Olympiacos, Rangers & Celtic, theres loads. And all way better than English, best fans ive seen in BPL have been Crystal Palace, they put on good Tifo. But nothing close to Scottish fans and European teams.

The Packers have the most loyal fans. You never hear about any Packers' fans jumping on another team's bandwagon or not showing up because of weather. As for the loudest fans, it's not good to be loud at all times because it makes it harder for the players to communicate. So I would go with a European football club in that regard.

Also, Seattle doesn't have the loudest fans, they just have the loudest stadium. The structure of their stadium is what makes it so loud.
