PCI Standard PCI-to-PCI bridge keeps waking my computer, anyone know how to fix it?

Open Device Manager and right click the Network adapter's Properties. In "Power Management" tab, please clear the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" options and click OK. Please repeat the steps to clear all options for Keyboard and Mouse.
