Yes it is good, it should max a lot of games out there, but im not a good computer guy. I think you should change the motherboard to a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

AMD is not a very good choice on high budgets due to their poor performance per clock and their poor power consumption.
Also the build i listed is more balanced due to an SSD which will speed up boot and loading times.

Well with the build you chose, there isn't as many upgrade options and you'd be giving yourself a disadvantage in gaming as the i5 is better.

Well if you plan to game on 1440p or with multiple screens then yeah the GTX780 would be stronger than the 770, however i'd still recommend Intel over AMD these days.
