i agree intel have much lower TDP's than AMD (literally means that they use a lot less power (lower tdp is better) for example the 8320 is around 125W and the 4670 for example is around 45W, much much lower)

4670 vs 4570
There both similiar and almost equal only way to really notice unless your benchmarking them however there is a 4670k it can be overclocked so nicely... an there is no 4570k.

also you never make expensive builds with AMD in my opion some people do cause mostly it cheap and give you more money to spend on other parts (I.e. GPU ) but trust me intel is just better you always get better results.
