Well basically I have 3 tots who've I bought and they are stuck and I cant get them, it's been like this for about 30 mins now.
I also have players I've previously bought stuck on there who I've stored and sold on.
Any help would be appreciated

You're just going to have to be patient and wait, lots of people are having this problem at the moment give it a few hours and they should be unfrozen.
