That's actually my main concern if Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza get Mega evolutions. From the looks of the box art, if it's hinting towards mega, then Groudon looks like it would be a Fire and Ground type which would get destroyed by water types. Now it's attack and special attack would be frighting and you use one Rock Polish on it, and you're set to sweep, but a water on it would push that back easily as that can easily KO it in one hit. Apparently Sceptile and Swampert are getting mega evolutions as well since Blaziken got one in X/Y.

I don't own a Nintendo 2/3DS, but I have played X and Y on my brothers, and I have to say, it's amazing! The giant leap they have made in making the pokemon and the play style 3D really gets me hyped in advanced for this [pokemon Alpha and Omega] game.

I'll just say now, that Theta Emerald is NOT a game! It has NOT been confirmed, yet anyway. It was a fan made cover by Deltheor on DeviantArt and even though it looks realistic as hell, it unfortunately isn't a game

I think the mega evos will tie in with a movie if I'm honest, but if it is the legendaries, that's cool? If it's OP, it won't be in Wi-Fi so it'll be the user's choice whether they want to use them as megas in game, I can't wait for this!

I cannot tell you how hyped I am for this remake. I probably played emerald the most out all pokemon I've played. Main question I'm having is if we will be able to catch Rayquaza or not.
