-Google engineer who devised plan shared details with others - including a 'senior' manager
-Wi-fi cars could 'triangulate' people's positions - and 'see' what they were doing
-Wi-fi cars were 'sucking in' data from ALL open wi-fi networks
-Company previously said data was a 'mistake'
