i think they watch us but not as individuals,

it is NEAR impossible to keep track of everyone in the world

i think they watch high value targets / VIPs

and if they do watch then i don't care, i probably would like what they see 77BJP

To be honest, who cares if we're being watched?
Nothing is going to happen, it's not effecting you.

I don't mind, all they'll see is me playing Xbox, and browsing on my PC.
I hope they enjoy collecting the best data they can from me.

my friend is in PT for the military and they came to him the day after he smoked weed in somebodys garage and told him exact coordinates of where he was who he was with and a video from his phone being filmed through his jeans... so ya i believe they are but only the people the need to watch or posible terrorists

If your friend is in the 'military' and smokes weed, cool story.
But no-one would go out of there way to track him and tell him the coordinates, film him through his jeans (which is not possible anyway) and tell him?

Basically, I'm calling BS.

Correct, governments can and will spy on us.
But they won't go to the extreme of tracking an individual for smoking some weed.
Let alone "filming them through their jeans".

Governments/higher powers will only 'track'/monitor individuals if they pose a big enough threat to the government/thepublic etc.

And your 'military school buddy' does not pose a big enough threat for anyone to 'track' him and film him x'D
