The GPU will fit.

The CPU cooler doesn't just depend on the Case, sometimes it can come into contact with the ram that's installed if the ram has a design that restricts the area the fan is facing. He is just attaching one fan to the cooler or is he doing the PUSH/PULL method?

I think he is just attaching one fan to the cpu what about a coolermaster hyper tx3 evo ? as i have that in my build and i have corsair vengeance racing red 8gb ram and it fits

I think it will fit anyway, even if it doesn't he could always move the RAM to the next slot across assuming hes got free lots available. The kind of spike design above is the trouble in some cases. There would be many solutions if the CPU cooler didn't fit when facing the front of the case.

the cooler is a tight squeeze. If he has both the fans on the side panel; he will have to remove them or it WILL NOT fit on without a huge bulge in the side. He can however be clever and mount them elsewhere.
