Bro that's way to overkill I wouldn't get windows 8 and I would probably get 550 or atleast 500 watt not 650 bro you can get alot out of the build for less money you wont use half of the features id say and I would get 2x4gb instead of 2x8gb terrabytez or r00t could come up with something way better for a lot less and you would get a bang for your buck and the monitor is ok but if you want one thats 100 dollars cheaper and you could get dual for the price of that monitor is benq [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

R4 for a lower price [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
SSD with similar performance for $20 less: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
With the money saved so far you can get a much nicer monitor: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Save your money and get a cheaper 2TB drive: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Much better mouse: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Much better keyboard: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Gaming headphones are bad, no getting around that without spending a bunch of money
High end air coolers still perform better for te price. The D14 is very cheap now: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Not everything you had on your list was Prime in the first place, but I found as much as I could on Prime. Amazon's selection is not very good and other resellers like Newegg have free shipping on a lot of things. The lower prices would also probably compensate for the shipping cost as well.
Yes, I would suggest the D14 over the H100 due to the lower price and lower noise level.
