dont use hotmail. only use gmail or yahoo and check the spam

By creating a yahoo account and following the steps stated above.
Make sure you use a computer / laptop and ensure you clear cache and copies each time. It does not work on the iPad when wanting to create spam accounts

Keep getting sorry page and I'm clearing cache in browser and command prompt flushing the DNS as well. They must have entered a 1 per IP thing
