why would you want to stop growing taller?..
im 6'1 and sad because i want to be taller, i would look like i beast if i was 6'5/6'6

how do you know your growing taller? i dont understand that.. you dont grow like a foot over night. I think the taller you are the better. As long as your not to tall im 6ft and im 18. I would like to be a little bit taller tbh. but hey, you will start to go smaller, but thats when your in your 40's and maybe late 30's

I do lots of sports, also I eat loads but I ain't big, I would like to be smaller, do you reckon I will stop grpwing any time soon, im 16

I was always told that if lifting weights at a young age (example, like 200 lbs at 13) could possibly stunt your growth. Now I don't know if that's true as I stayed away from that as I was growing and right now I'm 6'5/6'6 (haven't measured my height in about 8 months, but last I was 6'5.) I personally hope I don't get any taller as I'm 18 and could still have room to grow, but I'm really hoping I don't, however I don't think stunting your growth would be a good option either, as for when you will stop growing, most males stop growing at 18-21. Originally when I was younger I honestly thought I was going to be 6'10 area because when I was 14 I hit a huge growth spurt and that made me believe I was going to keep hitting them. You might have hit a growth spurt and will still grow, but it might not be at a rate you're thinking.

barely eating any food/getting the right nutrients
no sleep (1 hour every day for years for example)
no exercise

these could cause your height to be stunted but not by much.. 95% are from genetics

I'm 15 and 5'11. I want to be atleast 6'2.

I'm 6'2 and i want to be taller. My dad is 6'5 so i could still grow as men stop at 21 and women at 18.
