Having trouble here sending my kinect away for a replacement as I have no clue what to do!
I know how to go online and register my kinect, check warrant, submit service request ect, but when it comes to shipping I have no clue, they email you a prepaid FedEx label to ship back to them, but there's no FedExs at all in Northern Ireland, plus how will they know it's mine and were to ship it back to because there's no were to put your own address, need help badly with this please!

Call Microsoft and setup the repair over the phone; it's easier that way.
