Is there a way to sign in to a banned account?

You can sign into a banned account on "xbox.com" from my knowledge.

There is something called "tinker" and it let's you sign in and send messages. That's how my friend does to his account but I'm not sure how to get it.

A banned Xbox account cannot be signed into Xbox Live, it can be signed into Xbox.com

If you want to edit the Motto/Bio/Etc... change to the mobile site then click on your account and gamertag and edit your motto and stuff.

Yeah I did it and screwed with people sending them friend requests when I was banned
