i actually deleted my bootanim.xex & now i can't get my xbox to even turn on. how do i fix this

reflash your nand with xell bud. That will fix it.

No, you need your original nand or if your trying to update your dashboard then you need xebuild and you need to extract your nand on to a USB and run it in xe build the instructions to do it should be in a text document in xebuild. Once you have done that you need to flash your nand back on to your console

That's why you don't mess with your NAND files other than your KV unless you know what you are doing. ;)
